Thanks for the answer, but this is the last option.
And as I told there is no balance in line item. Is there any other option? And also tell me if I delete that g/l can I create the another g/l on the same number?

Just create one more GL under balacesheet account and transfer the amounts
from P&L account to new balance sheet account and block the old GL, then your
problem will solve.
