Hi Olufe,
As per SAP Standard Bulk material is never considered for product costing even though in practical scenario its a part of cost incurred by manufacturer .

Hi ,
Either uncheck the box "relevant for costing " OR in the material master
declare those as "bulk material" .
First option is better , 'cos bulk materials will not be costed in any other
BOM
