Sorry, but we need a lot more information than that. Are you an FI
consultant? If so why do you not have access to the VAT codes to at
least display them so you can tell us what you have and what you have
not? Without this information we do not know whether you need
guidance on how to create VAT codes or not. Put it this way. I can
create a VAT code in a couple of minutes but that is not the end of
the matter. VAT codes are used in SD and MM as well as FI and all
these links need to be looked at. VAT codes post to GL accounts so
the GL accountants get involved. Now do you see why we need more
information?

Hi Experts,
I have an issue with the customer like below, Please give me
resolution.
This Week we received a new Elanco Product and i was informed that
the VAT is 23%. This is the 1st product that we are selling with 23%
.
All our item codes has the VAT code A5, with 6%. This one will need
other VAT code.
I don't have access to the VAT codes so i can not confirm at this
moment if we have or not the Output VAT code for 23% (similar to A5
but for 23%) and also the Output VAT for Credit notes (similar to VAT
code AZ but for 23%) created.
