Hi JG,
Thanks for your reply. Its a single WT in IT0008. An employee has a salary
of $2000.00.. But in IT0008, it shows as 200,000 wherein in payslip it shows
as 2000,00. Other allowances ex: entertainment allowance is $100.000, in
payslip it shows as 10.00. Due to this problem there is a variation in
calculation of statutory deductions and net amount.

I checked a node in Basic Pay in SPRO-->PM-->PA-->Payroll data-->Basic
Pay-->define hourly rate with several decimal places.

In this node, decimals have been defined as 3. and in user profile decimal
notation is 2. Are these settings making any difference?

Thanks in advance,

G

Subject: Different figures in IT0008 & in Payslip

Hi

Check which w/t is configured in payslip. If it is to show a single w/t, then you can see its amt in RT. If it is a cumulation, then check the w/ts added to form it. It is also possible, some ABAP code is involved for some w/t's.

Regards, JG
