Bruce - It's coming from the sales order - probably originally from the Material master. You can't see it in SO10, as it's not a "standard SAPOffice text". I would bet the two extra lines are part of the long text attached to the material, or the result of editing in the order. SAP doesn't care - it will print blanks if you store blanks in the text.
