Hi,
We are trying to post a PID but getting error message: System status DLFL is active (EQU 10002514). Serial number DONOTUSE1 cannot be used here.
There were errors during the upload of materials and our consultant changed the mat code to DONOTUSE1 and then blocked it or set the status to DLFL. However when we created the PIDs, there were 16 S/Ns that were tagged as DLFL. The correct 16 S/Ns are available for delivery.
What should be our process as we want to post to PID so we could deliver the 16 units?
