Dear all, We have a situation on mss. On the team training activity the course status is appearing incorrectly as booked though the course has been successfully followed up and the person has been marked as passed. I have tried to reverse the course back to firmly booked and performed the follow up and historised the same. I still appears as booked instead of passed. I tried to cancel the person before follow up, however only this status is appearing correctly on mss as canceled. Where could be the problem?
