Answer to this, MCSI can't run jobs in the background, but MCSI is based on Info Structure's, which you can create a query in SQ02/SQ01 and run the job in the background in SQ01.

Subject: Printing MCSI Report to Background Job
When I go to MCSI-Call Standard Analyses and select a Info Structure to report against. Then select the sales organization and execute the report in foreground I get data displayed on the screen that I can printout.
My issue is that when I execute the same thing to background then go to SM37 to check the job status is successful but there is no spool with the report.
Does anyone know how to schedule a MCSI report to print in a background job? |
