Problem Resolved.
On Sunday, I have restarted my Production system. Now the Backup is taking normal 3.5hrs time

We have scheduled daily, Whole database online + redo log backup. Earlier its taking around 3hrs. But since last 2-3 days it is taking more than 14hrs.
