I am trying to use KE55 to make a collective change to profit center master data. I want to change the "valid from" date (backdating it further).

Although the data looks like it is saving, it isn't actually updating the master data.

Any tips here? Or is there another Tcode that should be used instead?

Note: extending validity date using KE52 works fine.

We are using the new g/l.
