It's correct, but we need to block the field only to some users, not for all?
Somebody have any other option?

You can manage with the oms9 transaction the fields that modified un mm02 transaction.
With this solution you can stop the description modification in MM02.
The problem with this solution is the impossibility to change the des crimtion if you have an error.
