Hello,
We have a huge Production Overhead variances for last month. We had a production issues at plant. So can somebody tell me what these production OH variances represent? Is it due to the reason that we did not produce enough?
Also we have many Resource Usage variances but we did not change anything in the way we produce. what can be the reason for this?
