While doing costing sheet the credit key function is which cost center to be credit the overhead. Before you create the costing sheet you have to create your own credit keys (or) use std credit keys. In this you have to give cost centre (eg;In this overhead. debit to the production order & credit to the cost centre ) This purpose we can use costing sheet.

Can you please explain the role of credit key in costing sheet with a scenario? I couldn't find out how overhead rate allocation affects on the cost object defined in credit key.
