Hi Katherine Please correct me if I am wrong. General Ledger Account Items capable of appearing the Profit and Loss Account ( viz. Expenses and Revenues ) are expressed in terms of Cost and Revenue elements since costs and revenues belong to the P & L account. Even Depreciation (essentially expensing out a fixed asset in the balance sheet ) is also treated as a cost element only when such depreciation occurs in the P & L Account. Regards VidhyaDhar

I know balance sheet accounts can't have cost elements but is there a way to get them to have cost elements? | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N.
