We had a problem, While creating STO and then goods receipt
subsequently at Plant B, some goods are lost in transit. The Scenario is :
Plant A sends 100 T of goods to Plant B thru STO and subsequent Goods Issue.
Plant B receives 98 T of goods only
2 T of goods are being seen in transit only and are neither at plant A nor
at Plant B.
This stock has to be scrapped as it is loss in transit, but for that we need
to either reverse GI of Plant A or take GR at Plant B into unrestricted
stock and then only we can scrap it. Is there any other way out as this
stock has to be seen from t.code MB5T and then from STO individually it
needs to be posted for all stock in transit which is quite cumbersome for us
as such losses are frequent. If someone has any other idea, would appreciate
if shared.
