For Capturing weight from weighbridge to SAP, we are using CL_GUI_FRONTENDSERVICE=>EXECUTE to execute the file in desktop. The executable file drops a text file in desktop which is read by GUI_UPLOAD function and weight is transferred to SAP.

I want to eliminate the dropping of txt file to avoid any tempering. Is there any way that wt is stored in a variable and captured in SAP.

Yes there is an integrated tamper proof solutions. Have a look at:
