Hi David,
The problem got solved by redeploying the affected components to their same current versions through SDM using the SDM option "Update SCAs/SDAs that have any version to force the re-deployment".
After that and still on SDM, I deployed both components to the 7.02 SP06 version. The UPGRADE process continued without problems.
Thanks for replying to this post and I hope to help who faces this problem in future when updating a Portal from 7.01 to 7.02.

I'm having an error and two components are not getting completed on
the EhP 2 Netweaver upgrade.
The packages which didn't get completed are BI_UDI06_0-10006481 and
CAF06_0-10006486 and both are getting the same error with component
