Hello,
It is use in address language.Suppose your client deal in global area's and
you want to your customer address should be in their local language that
time you can use the same.

When we create a new customer master, there is a button which name is "Internat. Version" in the Address tab of General Data, is there any expert can explain the purpose of this button to me?
