Hi All,
I am doing posting on ABAON but I am getting error message
"Choose transaction type and base value appropriate for asset values"
Message no. AA590
Case:
We have SAP version 6. the customize of retirement is standard of SAP. The transactions that we used to use before migration were 210 with group 20 when the retirement was with revenue and the asset was of the previous year. If we selected posting current year asset on abaon, the system took the transaction 260 with group 25. We could retirement without problem.
Now, we need retire an current year asset. The asset comes to PS, in other words it was an AFEC accounted in previous year with rate 0% to depreciate. It was transferred like a definitive asset in april-2010. We depreciation politic is began to depreciate the next year of capitalization date (jan-2011), then the asset still doesn´t have depreciation but has a value in the area 03 (revaluation).
We have aplicated some notes suggested by SAP but the error AA590 still is there.
Please tell me any one how to solve.
