Hi,

First of all, through the setting of "block" release indicator that has been defined in your release strategy (and therefore, applied to your PR), you can convert your PR into RFQ before the PR is released. This can be used to cater for your requirement.

Cheers,
HT

Subject: Purchase Release Strategy Process

Hi Expert

How would this scenario flow when using release strategy for purchase requisition:

A purchase requisition is entered that requires a RFQ. After the RFQ is created and the vendor selected, how does the purchase requisition get approved. Would the release status be "Quote" then once complete changed to "Available for Approval". What transaction would the buyer use to see what needs to be Quoted.

Thanks
Belle
