Hi Only one calendar is required but note that the calendar may already be setup. It is best to check this under public holiday classes to determine if it already is setup. There you will be able to view the public holidays linked to a particular calendar. It is very likely that if your SAP system has been functioning for a while that the calendar already exists, you can then link the same calendar to as many wsr's as you wish. Yes you can create 3 work schedule rules. Regards Reena
