Only one calendar is required but note that the calendar may already be setup. It is best to check this under public holiday classes to determine if it already is setup. There you will be able to view the public holidays linked to a particular calendar. It is very likely that if your SAP system has been functioning for a while that the calendar already exists, you can then link the same calendar to as many wsr's as you wish.
Yes you can create 3 work schedule rules.

In my client scenario we have 3 different types of Work schedules.
1) 5 Days a Week - Mon - Fir - (Work schedule rule - 5Day)
2) 6 Days a Week - Mon - Sat (Work schedule rule - 6Day)
3) 7 Days a Week - Mon - Sun - Production Unit (Work schedule rule - 7Day)
However we have Same holidays for the all 3 above group so my question is can
we define One Public Holiday Calendar and Factory Calendar?
And under *"Set Work Schedule Rules and Work Schedules"* I can assign 3
different work schedule rules.
