Hi Henry,

Check Tx SM19 to see if the Audut profiles have been activated.

Tx ST03 I can see the Transaction codes but only gives the number of dialog steps and not the number of times it was used.

Regards

Subject: How to list all the tcodes executed by the user?

I have a requirement that they want to know if a particular user has executed (CS01/CS02) tcodes ever since the account was created. I tried to view the records of the user using SM20 but it does not display any records. May be audit logging is not activated. I also tried STAD tcode but this only display the current business sessions/transaction on the server.

I have considered also ST03 -> from expert mode --> selecting particular month-->user and settlement statistics--> and double clicking the userid but it only display the server and it's statistics - not the list of tcodes executed by the user.

Maybe there are other work arounds. Thank you.

Cheers!
henry
