Anil,
Not sure if I understood completely your question. For grouping products you can use material group or product hierarchy.
Please provide more info and i will be happy to assist.

I have tried in VK13 but could not get price data in screen. however i have
to go individual line item then only i can get the data but it is very
cumbersome.
