There are no such document.
You can use SAP training ADM315 to help you out.

Example: Response Time, CPU Time, DB Time, Process time, Wait Time, Load Time, Roll Time, etc.

I try to find out but I can't find.

I need this for the GRC, SAP R3 (4.6c) and BW systems.
