What you say is correct. They found that I have manually run the tp command and "advised" that I should not do that manually.
We have done lot of changes and now the SPAM and other tcodes are working. I will try to recollect one-by-one and update accordingly, so that others will be known about the issues.

We are facing issue with the SP upgrade of our Production Server.
