Yes, SQ01. If you don't know how to create SQ01 Query, you will find relevant material on help.sap.com and also on google search.

If you want to look at the check printed count quickly, you can use transaction code SE16 or SE16N, table PAYR, enter the check printed date, and click of 'Number of Entries'.
