Hi,

What is the business scenario as well as business justification of using the same PR for multiple years?. Won't it be more logical to create at least one PR per year?

We like to use the same purchase requisition for multiple years, but SAP validates the funding on old lines on the requisition (EVEN IF DELETED). This means when the funding is expired on an old line

Funding is expired on old lines and SAP wants to validate the line even if the line is deleted.
