Hi,

PT02 is to change the existing work schedules. Use PT01 to generate new work schedules. Alternatively, you may also refer to the below IMG path to generate work schedules in batch.

- Time Management -> Work Schedules -> Work Schedule Rules and Work Schedules -> Generate Work Schedules in Batch
