Putting this on the careers forum might be the best place.
When I can see that somebody has put the effort in or that I am also interested in improving my abailities, then I give the full-bodied solution.
I guess this why I like SDN, you can see someone has asked 100 questions and yet there are no forum points. In ITToolbox 100 questions means you become bronze and if you post the most on the forum for the month you suddenly become the leader .. sorry I disagree.
Further, SAP is a career, it is not a job for a short time. Therefore you need to protect it. We are competing with each other for the next contract, though as you can see by my post I am still willling to help others. Lastly, I started out the same as you VidhyaDhar, no resources, no one willing assist, but I never gave up and showed enough logic and aptitude to go further with my chosen career.
