Contact your basis team. They will help you in this. A typical scenario in many of the tables in locked status

If it does not show a user name, does that mean a lock is just hanging there, no longer attached to a user?

Whenever I see this message, it shows a user name.
However, it is being reported that this message is showing up (for many hours at a time) with no user name.
