Hi Ravali, Not quite sure whether this applies to your situation: We are sending faxes and emails from SAP via SCOT and MS Exchange. For faxes there are specific settings in exchange that we made to forward each email that identifies as fax to the email account used by our fax software (GFI faxmaker). We defined the domain "faxmaker.com", added this to SCOT (fax), set up receive and send connectors in exchange and now all email-faxes are forwarded to one designated email account which is then linked into the faxmaker software. Maybe that is something worth checking into on your end ? Instead of writing a Zprogram, I feel adding the same email addresses to user accounts is a suitable approach. Kess, Yes there is financial charging reason behind my question. Basically, we are setting up eFax server to send fax through emails from SAP. This requires an email account to be set up on the eFax server. By this, we can only send fax using the email that is set up on the eFax. We cannot use any other email on SAP. Therefore, we are either compelled to use one email or set multiple email accounts on eFax(which costs). Thanks Again.
