Hi

Benefits: Reduced paperwork or emails not followed up. The forms that do through work flows improve end-to-end processing. Improved personnel relationships.

Challenges: Work flows need to be planned well. For example, when a manager isnot available to approve, after a certain time or reminders, the WF should go to the next available mgr WF is a common area of issues.
