Hi,

Yes, you're right. You need to migrate the employees as Active status using an Initial Hiring Action which you have configured as all employees will need to have this action in order to create their records in SAP.

Another consideration is whether you want to migrate all historical data, or only the first and last records. This decision will most likely have to come from users based on their business requirements.
