[sap-hr] FM RH_READ_INFTY gives exception wrong parameters

Hi all,

I am using FM RH_READ_INFTY for reading IT 1013 data for various positions. It is working fine for all positions except one. On debugging it is found that the exception wrong_parameters is raised.
What could be wrong for this particular position? What all data should I check?
