Hello Narinder,

Just to make sure, did you run an authorization trace to check whether it is an authorization issue (SU53)?

Is this issue happening for all users, or just one? Does the issue occur for a user with SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW authorizations? Please ensure that the user has the following authorization: authorization object: S_GUI; activity: 60
