Hello,

1. You could consider using a BTE, maybe something 1050 that if the t.code is FBCJ that an event is instantiated and this will force the workflow item to be created.

OR

2. Create a new worklfow maybe using the TSTC object type and use FBCJ linking maybe same process flow as the SAP model workflow for the travel approval.
