hey looks like you need to work on VOFM T.Code .for example if you do not want to copy schedule lines from qutation to sales order ,than Requirement should be set up ,like wise if you want to copy only item from original contract than work on Data Transfer Routine or Copy requirement by using T.Code VOFM ,this might help you in solving your issues..
