Hello,
1. I completed the SPRO config
2. Turned on discount in kind for vendor
3. MBN1 created condition
4. Created STO and no problems.
Check your configuration, and master data. Also do a test on a normal vendor with MBN1

Dear Waza,
When we tick the same in the STO, we are not facing
this error. But for our business it's not possible to manually do that.
Please suggest a solution for this to be automated
