Hi Manish, Useful tips - always create IT0000 and IT0001 starting from the date you have generated Work schedule and have enough time to complete the very first TE process. Always it starts from the date set to hire date if IT0003 is not manually updated for retro date. In normal we always creates SAP master records starting date for senior employess from the date we are considering the retro date. And maintains the original hire date in IT 0041 selecting the certain date type and updates dynamic action for those date types for future new hire employees.
