Hello colleagues,

I agree with Snowy and please send your case to SAP.
This sort of errors generally require upgrades to more recent support packages (after correction by SAP).
SAP Active Global Support will check the information in the short dump and provide information on which SPs you might need to go to.

I would make sure there is nobody other than you is connected on the system. This procedure seems to be tied to SM04.

If this still fails, you will have to open a case with SAP.
