Hello Gurus,

I need help regarding SAP Printing.
User is using Front end printer: FEEN
Windows Printer is HP LaserJet1100.

When user clicks the Properties button, the screen displayed is where user can choose the format.
User chooses format Z_80_345. But the Report field, the rows and columns specified is 80 x 310. The rows and columns are both disabled and cannot be changed. So the result, even if user chooses the 80x345 format, the default is still 80x310 so report is truncated.

User commented that other users can edit the rows and columns field and specify the correct value.
I tried to do test print using my ID but the it is only the rows field is editable.

I checked the device type is SAPWIN and format type is correct (80x345).

Please help me resolve on how to make the fields Row and Column be editable.
