Hi

Normall any upgrade or patch can affect T512W, T512T and a number of other tables. But user w/t's do not get affected. Definitely any w/t like /1xx, /4xx etc are best left alone.
Some clients use w/t like /3xx for Super, which is advbisable. If you use w/t's like /3xx, then you could be in for surprises. Best is to copy these to customer name range.

From patches, you should get the Object List and check which ones are changed and which is of concern to you.
