I'm personally not familiar with PM but I can't imagine it's significantly different to general equipment processing, and is simply an addition to that basic principle. Going forward on the assumption that that is indeed the case then it's certainly possible to track equipment by its location. In the sales order (you could use a standard consignment fillup, pickup process I would think to achieve what you needed) you can enter equipment serial numbers against a line item using Extras, Technical Objects (this option is only available for materials with an appropriate serialisation profile.) When you deliver this information will be transferred into the serial numbers allocation on the delivery. When you issue the equipment status will be changed from ESTO (in the warehouse) to ECUS (at customer - in your case your employees as long as they are created on the system) via the status ESTO EDEL (in the warehouse but assigned to a delivery so someone else shouldn't take it.) When you returned the equipment enter a consignment pick up order and the equipment would be delinked from the customer and returned back to status ESTO. Now how that would integrate in to the PM module I don't know and unfortunately don't have the spare time to read up on that module right now. But maybe the above will be enough to have a starter discussion and might lead on to something. Good luck and I hope you will, if you do manage to find a solution, post something back on this thread should others come across it in future. Steve.
