[sap-log-sd] Sales tax - manual entry

Hi,

I want to manually enter tax on sales order creation but also have that tax pull through to the billing document. The system does not seem to allow this. In the 'Maintain condition types' section of spro it gives you 5 options:

No limitations
A Free
B Automatic entry has priority
C Manual entry has priority
D Not possible to process manually


None of these allow me to do both. What is the solution here?
