Hello Helmut, As this is a sporadically occurring error, it is hard to tell from remote. Generally, SAP recommends that the most up to date CCMS agents are on your systems. Ensure that they are online as per SAP Notes 1304480 and 957455. The following SAP Notes provide some troubleshooting recommendations, too. 429265: CCMS monitor architecture: Central auto-reaction 939616: CCMS auto-reactions: Help with troubleshooting These can only be general pointers, I am afraid. I guess a ticket with SAP has been raised, which allows for a deeper investigation. Thank you and with best regards Robin ---------------Original Message--------------- From: hhausr Sent: Wednesday, June 09, 2010 7:51 AM Subject: SolMan RZ20: CCMS alert stays in ACTION_REQUIRED status auto reaction is not triggered > Hello Experts, > i'v a problem to send emails on alert from the CEN to our Operation-Hotline. > The satellite-system send me an alert, visible in rz20. This alert should trigger an auto_reaction, so defined in my CEN. In most cases this works fine, in rare cases i see "Status = ACTION_REQUIRED", e.g: > (BOM Availability Availability: MOP_MOS on 192.168.0.221 ABAP: Checked by CCMSPING.IDSSAPBOM.00 ACTION_REQUIRED 60 % < 65 % 15 min. avg. value below threshold value (5 measurements)). > and the Operation-Hotline gets no mail. > > I see this "ACTION REQUIRED" only in that case: > > Context: Availability > Object Name: Availability: <longSID> on 192.168.0.224 > Short Name: ABAP: Checked by CCMSPING.IDSSAPBOM.00 > Status: ACTION_REQUIRED > > The Monitoring Methods for "ABAP: Checked by CCMSPING.IDSSAPBOM.00" looks so: > Properties of: BOM\Availability\MOQ_MOS on 192.168.0.222\Availability: MOQ_MOS on 192.168.0.222\ABAP: Checked by CCMSPING.IDSSAPBOM.00 > MTE-Class: Availability_SysPercent_ABAP > Auto-reaction method: Z_EMAIL_ON_ALERT_ZENTRAL > Function modul: SALO_EMAIL_IN_CASE_OF_ALERT_V2 > Execute Methode on: Any server > * Only in central system, triggered by CCMS agent > * Sender / Recipient are ok; it works fine with other alerts > * Release Auto-Reaction Method > > The Sendmail-Job works all 5 minutes, and send mails, if a alert is triggered and his status is "active". > > Wow: I don't know, where is the crux of the matter.
