This is strange, there is a mix-up between SID:

EXECUTING D:\usr\sap\GCD\DVEBMGS00\exe\sapcontrol.exe -prot PIPE -nr 00 -function StopService
Environment: ORACLE_SID=ERD
Windows;C:\Windows\System32\Wbem;C:\j2sdk1.4.2_17-x64\bin;D:\usr\sap\GCD\SYS\exe\uc\NTAMD64
Environment: dbs_ora_tnsname=ERD

Why are you using SID GCD and ERD at the same time? is this MCOD?
