I'm curios about how you came to that conclusion.
He says there are 23GB freespace on the disk and the screenshot from DB02 clearly shows that there are lots of freespace in the all the tablespaces.

Hi mark_me
You definitely dont have enough space on your database partition, you need
to increase that space so that you can be able to extend your table space
and ultimately solve your spam problem.
