Hello,
Have you tried changing the character set of device types in spad?
Basically the entry in table TCPDB determines the code page of data in database , and hence for temse spool storage (If no entry in TCPDB , system codepage will be taken into account. In your case 4103 )
Is your system MDMP?
See whether your archive document system can be made to a unicode compatible system.
