Hi,
Check parameter "icm/keep_alive_timeout". You can try setting it to "-1".
Do you by any chance use a WebDispatcher to balance the load?
If so, was any changes done recently?

Hello Friends,
Recently our users are reporting frequent timeout issues when they access atransaction iview in portal 7.0 , nothing has been changed in the ECC 6 backend. When they access the transaction directly through SAP GUI, they are not facin any issue.
The strange thing is that they get this timeout as soon as they click on the transaction iview , it is not waiting for the duration as per the parameter set in ICM .
the current settings are: (as per note :705013)
icm/server_port_2 = PROT=HTTPS, PORT=9001, TIMEOUT=900, PROCTIMEOUT=-1
rdisp/plugin_auto_logout=1800sec
icm/conn_timeout=5000sec
Once the user gets the timeout, the user has to wait for 1800sec to continue again (as a lock is set for the table )
Any pointers ?
Thanks
Arun
