I am adding a new plant in an existing SAP system. Each plant has its number range for materials. Adding this new plant, I am supposed to set a number range on material. I went on MMNR selected the material type and set a number range, which now disables any material entry from MM01. When I change it back to the initial setting: 0000000000000000 to ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ, material entries are allowed. What is the problem here? Would you kindly advise?
